Onsite Training

 

We know there’s a lot of lecture-based training in the world of corporate education. A good portion of these programs are dry, dreaded, and thankfully, they’re not us!

 

Onsite training courses and workshops are how we got our start, and we’ve facilitated them for more than two decades.

Our programs are about fun with a purpose. We love what we do, and we think it shows. We pride ourselves on our innovative activities and ability to put participants where they should be during a workshop – in the front, at the center, and in charge of their learning.

Some of our courses cover workplace essentials and target all learners. Others we’ve designed for narrow audiences.

In our catalog, you’ll see most of the typical soft-skills topics you would expect to find, and you’ll also discover some workshops unique to us.

Virtual Classroom Training

 

Virtual classroom training is a great solution for dispersed teams and other groups who decide to opt for a virtual classroom experience. Like our in-person offerings, our virtual classroom courses are live sessions led by a training facilitator.

 

We’ve designed these programs to encourage interaction, so if you’re picturing lecture-based PowerPoint, think again. When they have access to their own computers, during a session, participants can expect to click, type, chat, and vote.

 

Each year, we create several new courses in the virtual classroom format, and we know from experience that some topics are better suited for web-based delivery than others. For that reason, you won’t find every topic we offer as part of an onsite program in our virtual classroom courses catalog.

Self-Paced Online Training 

 

To meet the needs of individual learners and groups seeking online courses, we have two self-paced training options: our short courses and partner programs. The short courses cover essential skills and take about 90 minutes to complete, whereas our partner programs vary in length. 

 

Many of our online offerings address topics found in our onsite catalog. Others are unique to the format, including project management, and prep courses for various exams.

 

What’s great about our online programs is flexibility. You can access courses from your desktop or mobile device on a schedule that works for you.

 

The bottom line: no matter what topic you choose, online courses are a hassle-free way to improve your skills, complete continuing education credits, or earn a certificate in human resources management, business communication, negotiation, or leadership.

Large meetings often have many moving parts, and we know the work it takes to make something work on a grand scale and the importance of creating something attendees enjoy.

 

We can deliver an interactive keynote to kick off a meeting, energize a group with a 45-minute motivational program, or deliver an information-packed breakout session or series of breakout programs. Depending on your situation, we can partner you with a single speaker or deploy a team.

From building puppets to crafting fashion from trash, our activities are engaging, and they provide a creative forum for significant discussions.

When a client has a need our existing library can’t answer, we can craft something new. Sometimes we add custom work to our catalog. Other times clients buy exclusive rights to the content. Over the years we’ve worked both ways.

 

Our custom programs allow you to choose the topics covered, select examples specific to your industry, and decide which delivery method you want.
